Description:	The citizen is walking about more or less minding her own business. She doesn't seem to want anything to you at least. She is quite tall with dark hair and grey eyes which isn't at all unsusual considering she is a dunedain. It's hard to decide how old she is since dunedains live considerably longer than normal humans.
