The gross looking being walks slowly around in the cave, clutching a strange looking stone close to his chest with one of his three arms. Yes three arms. This man-thing has evolved far past is originally human race into something alien and scary. No longer in perfect physical or mental health he now guards the cursed stone that has become the center of his existence.
