A peculiar, huge bird

Description:	You see a huge bird wearing a white cap and a dirty white cloak. Apparently the thing seems to consider itself a pigeon, even if it's atleast 5 times the size of its 'fellow pigeons'. The other pigeons don't seem to mind, however, and this peculiar bird is cooing away just like the rest of them. Every now and then the bird lifts its feet, showing its talons and some brown feathers.. Wait a second. That's an eagle. What's going on?
