It's a tiny necklace, but it has an eerie glow in it. It shimmers and sparkles and is of very exquisite make. Its colour is deep sea blue and there's a small silver plaque in it with some sort of inscription.
It contains a tale;
The legend tells about distant lands where rings were being forged of shimmering blue metal to gain control over the sea. They functioned so that these tiny rings were squeezed and the sea obeyed for a while. One day one of the blacksmiths accidentally forged a bit too big ring that it couldn't be put to a finger, but was worn as a necklace. Other blacksmiths were terrified, as the size in it might possess very dangerous magic. On the contrary to the common belief, the necklace not only maintained its magical power, but was also safe to be used.
