SATCHEL

This special armour also acts as a container, making it a "rig". It is
a medium-sized bag, about half the size of the torso, attached to a long
strap to make it easy to carry. Most also have a clasp or hatch to keep
the item closed, therefore protecting the contents.  Satchels  provide no
armour protection, but they do reduce the encumberance of the items inside
while worn.
