This piece of jewelry is made of silver, formed into a leaf-like pattern around a circulr rim. In the center of the amulet is a large round topaz, which shines with a fiery yellow-orange colour.
It contains a tale;
In the dimension of Scherez, there was a powerful earth spirit called a dao. It had the mighty powers of the djinn, and enslaved masses of slaves to do his bidding. Those he forced to serve as his guards were given amulets like these, both as insignia of rank and also to protect them from debilitating injuries. After the Trilloch found the dao's spirit vessel and destroyed it, he was given this amulet by a grateful former slave.
