One of the powers wielded by the masters of nature, is one of climate and temperature, the power of winter. Using the power stored inside a crystalline plant, they are able to summon forth a hoar-frost which immediately envelopes the target. The sudden change in temperate is very brutal to the unprepared, and can cause great harm, especially to uncovered extremities.
It requires a reagent, A snow-white crystalline plant.
