This skill can be used to cut one piece of raw material in a forge or workbench into two. You can either shave off a small piece for detail work, or crudely hack a huge log in half. Some material will be lost during the division.
Syntax: use mineral cutting at <ore> in <workbench> cut <grams>
use mineral cutting at <ore> in <workbench> (to cut in half)
The required tools are as follows:
Blacksmithing: a hammer and some water to cool the forged item.
Carpentry: a hammer or saw.
Gem cutting: a hammer or chisel and a magnifying glass to find flaws.
Glassblowing: a glass blowing tube and tongs.
Masonry: a hammer, pick, chisel or shovel.
Sewing: a needle.
Sculpture: a hammer or chisel
