The tiara, crafted with adequate skills, is formed of pure moonstone. The plain design, unusual for a majestic headwear, is lacking any adornments. Judging from the exceptional material, the creator of the tiara wasn't familiar with making comfortable apparels. The interior of the tiara is partly covered with symmetrical scratches, indicating it to have once born writing.

The legends have little to tell of this tiara. only bits and pieces from distant folklores have been found to associate with, and for what they have in common, is a carving in the interior of the tiara, bearing the word 'Luna'.
