Description:	If neatness is a virtue, Sander must be an angel. His clothes are perfectly clean, his hair is combed just-so, and there does not appear to be a bit of dirt anywhere about him. He would make the perfect administrative assistant, but there really is not that much work that needs to be done with respect to governing Secladin. Thus, he goes around looking for things to do, and is rapidly becoming known as a pest among the villagers. His breath is ragged, and he is coughing a lot.
