Reshaping background articles

Information from category:<bacground> to <background> and category:<bacground> serve as list of guilds that can be joined with the background. Trying to keep category pages clear from stuff that should be in articles.

Article names without the background suffix (evil religious, nomad, civilized...). The article itself can state it is background but keyword is the name of the background.

Use double =='s with info as using single ones makes them use H1 and its same as article headlines thus not good in outlook -wise. BlackSmith 11:13, 16 March 2009 (EET)
