Description:	This sturdy collar is made of highsteel metal in an inch wide ribbon-like loop. When worn, the collar is wrapped around the neck and clasped in back. The inside of the loop is smooth, and fits comfortably and snugly. The outide, however, is fitted with green and black spikes. There is a faint inscription on the inside of the collar. It contains a tale; The inscription on the collar reads, "Fer ir rhasu tam Gan Eyir."
