Description:	Thorley is a kobold and an experienced runemage - you can tell this from the massive leather bound tome he carries with him everywhere he goes. He came to Tyr Farwyn to study the ancient dwarven runes, only to find out the lower levels to be off-limits for casual visitors. Now he is staying in the inn, waiting for a miracle that would let him walk the long stairs into the lower levels of the city.
