Description:	Wellforge is a weatherbeaten member of the Tinmen Collective who appears to be counting the grains of sand in the rock garden. He doesn't appear to have moved in quite some time, there is a small pile of dead leaves that has gathered between his feet and a bird's nest in the crook of his left arm.
