Winds circling around, encasing the form (glowing) <red glow>
Description:
This cloak seems to be made in something truly strange and powerful magic. It is like cold wind and shards of ice bound into a cloak. It runs long and it

has an aura of something utter malign. It's form changes all the time, twisting and raving, like a mad demon. It embraces your form, whispering into your ear all of dark and malign secrets of the Northern Evil. It coils around you at times slowly and calmly and at times almost like the fiercest blizzard.
It contains a tale;
You who look into this prison, know that you are holding a very dangerous thing in your hands, indeed. I, the King's First Shaman, a powerful Elementalist and a Master of the Demonic Secrets, by my Lord's order have bound these devils with an enchantment that no other elementalist could ever wish to conjure. The King of Ckromar, the Land of Shattered Ice, fought these demons plaguing our lands and after an epic battle won them with wit and muscle, weakened them with mighty blows and then unleashed his divine power upon them, rendering them in a state of almost death, but that wasn't enough for the King. He commanded me to make this cloak for him, so everyone could see that he had conquered these foul spirits. I made this prison to be like a cloak and the devils inside must obey the wearer of it. One can use the power of the demons by commanding them to carry him to his chosen direction. But using the power the devils can bestow upon you can lead to unexpected results.. and their hate is certain.
