	It is a known fact that the rich and powerful tend to be fat, and this man surely seems to be EXTRA powerful and by the looks of his belly very rich too. He is lord Veci, the minister of the food administration department. He is wearing a blue silk outfit that is almost as big as the tent around him. He is sitting on the velvet pillow on the ground and is eating grapes or blobs of green fat, who knows?
