| The satchel is made of tanned goatskin that has been scraped over the years.
Goatskin leather is considered to be extremely durable and it is often used to
make wineskins. The satchel is moderate in size and can easily hold couple of
books, scrolls and still have room for small instruments like flute or harp.
The fold-over lid with two large brass buttons make sure the valuables stay
firmly inside. The satchel has a long strap that can be worn diagonally cross
the body, with the bag hanging on the opposite hip, rather than hanging
directly down from the shoulder.
It contains a tale;
This sort of bag was often carried by a bard, who was a professional poet, employed by a patron, such as a monarch or nobleman, to commemorate the
patron's ancestors and to praise the patron's own activities. Markings inside the satchel indicate that it was worn by a follower of Noitulove and consequently it may hold some magic qualities.
