Description:

Long ago before the new gods appeared on bat, Valheru ruled it. In the war of gods most of the Valheru was destroyed or imprisoned forever. But some of the lesser Valheru escaped and they built this tower, Inra was their leader. Laingan was the last Valheru that was ever born on bat, he is also the weakest of the Valheru. He loves his prison and you shouldn't interfer therefor he attacks.

Laingan's equipment:

randomly an impure bracelet, a snake bracelet (beastly aura) / a twined snake bracelet (brutal aura) / the bracelet of no forgiveness (other descs exists too, doesn't always have anything)

lightning storm, dispel good
