Spr is a common nickname for spell point regeneration.

There's a variety of things that affect your spr:

• A lot of spr equipment are available in the game.
• Different races regenerate sp at different rate.
• Advancing levels in some guilds raises your spr.
• Godly presence can sometimes greatly boost your sp regeneration.
• Sacrificing at your racial shrine may grant +spr lasting for the boot.
• Many nun tasks give +spr along with other bonuses.
