List of templates you can use. Please ask from admin if you want something to be added to templates. Don't go change them by yourself without asking!

Monster

Armour

Weapon

You can go to check Necklace of teeth and click edit to see how to use template. If some attribute listed in template isn't defined, default variable set in template is used instead (if it's defined). Ask help from Dupre or Milk if you have troubles using them.
